Refunds

First-time purchases are eligible for review when you email us within 14 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed on their merits and are not automatically approved.

Canceling versus refunding

Recurring customers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents the next charge but does not refund a completed payment. Founding 100 is a one-time purchase with no renewal to cancel.

Approved refunds

An approved full refund ends the corresponding paid access. Your account and personal data remain under our Privacy Policy; the refund removes access, not your account.

Completed renewals

Completed renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email hello@zawqi.app with your account email, enough purchase context to identify the transaction, and a brief explanation of the issue. Polar, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits any statutory right you may have under applicable consumer law.
