Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of zawqi, operated by Fawwaz Alharbi ("we," "us," "zawqi"). By using zawqi or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. Contact us at hello@zawqi.app.

Service and your account

Zawqi captures publicly available websites into Site records and makes those records and derived search available through an API and agent skill. You are responsible for the security of your account, for all activity under it, and for keeping any agent tokens confidential.

Personal license and permitted use

One purchase licenses one individual. You may use Zawqi research for your own products, employment, commercial research, paid client work, reports, presentations, and decisions derived from the research. The restriction is on access and redistribution, not on using insights commercially.

Sharing and redistribution restrictions

You may not:

• share your account or an agent token with another person
• resell Zawqi access or redistribute raw Site records at scale
• publish a downloadable mirror of the corpus or systematically reconstruct it
• wrap Zawqi in another API, database, or substantially equivalent research product
• claim ownership of third-party source material

Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

Zawqi Personal is available through quarterly, annual, and limited Founding 100 one-time offers. The price, billing interval, and renewal terms for your purchase are shown before checkout. Recurring customers may cancel future renewals. Founding 100 has no renewal. Polar is our Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, receipts, and refund administration. Third-party website material

Site records derive from publicly accessible websites. Names, logos, screenshots, and webpage content remain the property of their respective owners. Zawqi is not affiliated with or endorsed by the websites it captures, and we do not claim ownership of any third-party content. To request a correction or removal, see our contact page.

Reasonable use, suspension, and termination

We apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service. You may not overload the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, or use the API in a way that degrades the service for others. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, sharing accounts or tokens, redistributing the corpus, or bypassing access controls.

Availability, disclaimer, and liability

Zawqi is provided "as is." Captured Site records may be missing, stale, or inaccurate. We do not warrant complete captures, uninterrupted availability, or any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use zawqi after a material change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, email hello@zawqi.app.
